Why aren't any lessons available?
In short, we are likely booked solid for the month. Coach Aaron releases his schedule once a month. The general public can access the general public calendar on the 1st of the month. The month is frequently booked within the first twenty minutes of the schedule being released.
Why am I limited to 90 minutes (3 lessons) a month per child?
We have a large established and very mature and client base. We want all our clients to be able to schedule time with Coach aaron
How do I become a VIP to get better availability to scheduling?
The VIP list is FULL but you can request to be waitlisted for the VIP list by emailing Coach Aaron at CoachAaron@iCoachHitting.com. We keep this list limited to ensure a level of exclusiveness to the VIP program.
What is VIP?
A paid monthly loyalty membership that give a small group of clients some exclusive benefits that include:
- Early access to scheduling (monthly 28-30th) prior to the general public release.
- (3) Guaranteed lesson times
- Short-listed to get notification to fill cancelled appointments.
Why does the lesson location vary?
If the weather is greater than 55 degrees without rain projected then Coach Aaron will likely reach out to you via text with the phone number listed on you lesson to advise of the change from Glen's Sports barn to a location near New Albany.
What are the payment methods?
In general, clients are required to pay with credit card online when scheduling. You can select to pay later (Cash or Check) and pay on the day of the lesson via Venmo or PayPal (@iCoachhitting), Zelle or Apple Pay (Aaron Hall 614-778-6760). No Credit cards in person at the time of the lesson
How to cancel or reschedule
You can cancel and reschedule your lesson online outside of 24 hours through the email confirmation that you receive when you scheduled your lesson. You will need to contact Coach Aaron via text at (614) 778-6760 if you need to cancel with less than 24 hours. You will be charged for cancellations within 24 hrs.
