NEW CLIENTS and Non-VIP'sThe public schedule is released on the 1st of the month. You will want to scheule on the 1st if you expect to get on the schedule. Clients are now limited to scheduling a maximum of (3) thirty minute lessons (90 minutes) per child per month on the 1st. ALL CLIENTS CAN SCHEDULE MORE THAN THREE LESSONS STARTING ON TH 3RD OF THE MONTH. SCHEDULE HERE

PAYMENTS: Non-VIP clients AND VIP's doing additional lessons than they prepaid for the month must pay at the time of scheduling or on the day of the lesson via: cash, Venmo (iCoachHitting), Zelle (Aaron Hall at 614-778-6760), or PayPal (@iCoachHitting) Apple Pay (Aaron Hall - 614-778-6760). LOCATION(S): Lessons will generally take place indoors at Glen’s Sports Barn (11283 Fancher Road, Westerville, OH). For outdoor lessons, typically held at Wexner Park (5101 Swickard Woods Blvd, New Albany, OH), a text will be sent if weather permits. ONFORM: This is a free video analysis and coaching tool that facilitates feedback and communication with Coach Aaron. Parents will receive an invite via text. ACUITY SCHEDULING APP: This free app allows for easy online booking and rescheduling of lessons. VIP CHANGES: The number of VIP's will be reduced by 20 students to ensure exclusivity to VIP's and make more lessons available to general public. The VIP membership is $40 and a prepayment of a minimum of three paid lessons at the discounted $45 each is required ($175 Monthly min). THAT IS TO BE PAID ON THE 27th-28th. To be added to the waiting list for VIP status, clients should text Coach Aaron. PACKAGES: Are to be discontinued and all existing lessons will be honored until the package is exhausted.
